This online application is owned and operated by, or on behalf of, Living Streets. The material on this online application is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from this online application including code and software except as otherwise detailed. You may download material from this online application for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

DATA SECURITY

In using this application you agree to protect your login details to prevent unauthorised access to the application and the data on it. Ensure your login details are kept secure and are known only to people in your school who need to use the application. Ensure you log off when you are not using it. If you have reason to believe an unauthorised person has access to your login details, please report this to Living Streets.

ACCESS TO ONLINE APPLICATION

In order to access the online application you will need to register you and your school’s details with the Walk to School campaign. This information will be entered, through a link on the online application’s landing page. Once this information has been verified and approved, by a representative of the Walk to School campaign, a username and password will be generated which will allow access to the relevant parts of the online application. Every effort is made to keep the webonline application up and running smoothly. However, Living Streets takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the webonline application being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

This agreement is effective until terminated by Living Streets or application users, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

OTHER

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
